Ashley Darang has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Ashley started in 2016 as a Research Assistant at AidData before moving on to roles at William & Mary, where they served as a Resident Assistant from 2014 to 2016 and later as a Head Resident from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Political Affairs Intern at The Borgen Project and also as a Proofreader/Data Entry Assistant at the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges. From 2018 to 2022, Ashley worked at the District of Columbia College Access Program (DCCAP) as a STEM Coordinator. Their most recent position is with the American Institutes for Research, where they are currently a Project Associate as of May 2022.
