Chad Duhon

Chad Duhon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chad started their career in education at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) in 1999, where they worked as a Sixth Grade Teacher until 2002. Simultaneously, they also worked as an Athletics Academic Coordinator and Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball at Gallaudet University from 1999 to 2005.

In 2005, Chad joined the American Institutes for Research (AIR) and has held various roles since then. Chad started as a Research Assistant and worked their way up to become a Managing Researcher. At AIR, Chad has been responsible for project management, leadership, technical assistance, and support for educational policies and programs. Their projects have focused on areas like college and career readiness, district and school turnaround. Chad has been involved in directing and managing projects, authoring reports, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and providing technical assistance.

Throughout their career, Chad has shown their dedication to education and research, continually expanding their skills and knowledge in the field.

Chad Duhon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Policy Studies from Syracuse University, which they pursued from 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Education Policy Studies from The George Washington University between 2005 and 2008.
