Courtney Thatcher

Courtney Thatcher has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.

Starting from the most recent, Courtney has been working as a Senior Data Scientist at the American Institutes for Research since January 2023.

Prior to that, in 2019, Courtney served as Co-PI and project lead at Spatial Models and Electoral Districting NSF REU.

From 2014 to 2023, Courtney held multiple positions at the University of Puget Sound, including Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Visiting Assistant Professor.

Before joining the University of Puget Sound, Courtney worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor in Mathematics at Simon's Rock College of Bard from 2011 to 2014.

Courtney also worked as a Consultant - New Credit Card Product Development at Insight Global for a brief period in 2011.

In addition, Courtney served as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Penn State Altoona from 2010 to 2011.
