David Baker

David Baker is a seasoned executive in health policy and evaluation, currently serving as Senior Vice President at the American Institutes for Research since November 2020, where leadership is provided to a division of over 200 experts. Prior to this role, David Baker held multiple senior positions at IMPAQ International from April 2010 to November 2020, including Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer. David Baker also contributed to the American Institutes for Research as a Principal Research Scientist from July 1998 to April 2010.
