Garima Siwach

Garima Siwach has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Garima started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Warwick in 2011. In 2011-2012, they worked as the Director of New Initiatives in Rural Livelihoods at Samridhi Agri Products Pvt. Ltd. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University at Albany, with additional roles as an Instructor in Economic Statistics and Public Finance and Public Policy. Since 2017, Garima has been working at the American Institutes for Research, initially as an Economic Researcher and later as a Senior Economic Researcher.

Garima Siwach received their B.A Honours degree in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi from 2006 to 2009. Garima then pursued their Masters of Arts in Economics from the Department of Economics, University of Mumbai between 2009 and 2011. Garima furthered their education by obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY from 2012 to 2017.
