Hamelmal Kiros Tewolde

Hamelmal Kiros Tewolde is a skilled software testing and helpdesk engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Software Testing and Helpdesk Engineer at American Institutes for Research since January 2022, Hamelmal has previously held roles as a Software Tester and Helpdesk Assistant at Kimetrica from 2016 to 2021, and a Software Tester in various capacities at Tulane University from 2009 to 2016. Academically, Hamelmal holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Addis Ababa University.
