Kelisa Cain has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 as a Summer Camp Counselor at St. John's Summer Program. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Employee at Harvard Dorm Crew. Kelisa then served as a Volunteer Research Assistant at the WEISZ Lab for Youth Mental Health from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Harvard Dorm Crew again, this time as an Office Manager. Simultaneously, they worked as a Research Assistant/Intern at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute. Currently, Kelisa is employed as a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research since 2022.

Kelisa Cain has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Harvard University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2022.
