Kelly Devers, PhD, MA, currently serves as Vice President and Deputy Director of the Health Division at the American Institutes for Research since June 2021. In addition to this role, Kelly has been a Professional Lecturer in Health Policy at The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health since 2010. Previous experience includes positions such as Principal at Devers Consulting, Senior Fellow at NORC at the University of Chicago, Vice President at The Lewin Group, and Senior Fellow at the Urban Institute. Kelly also worked as an Associate Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and as a Health Researcher at the Center for Studying Health System Change. Notably, prior experience includes serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Educational qualifications encompass a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a PhD and MA in Sociology from Northwestern University, and a BA in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
