Kenneth Healy earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University, which they pursued from 1989 to 1994. Kenneth later went on to obtain a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems from the same university, completing it in 1996. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019.
