Larry Condelli serves as the Managing Director and AIR Institute Fellow at the American Institutes for Research since December 1990, focusing on adult learning and literacy, with notable projects in adult ESL instruction and the National Reporting System. Prior to this role, Larry worked as a researcher at CSR, Inc. from 1984 to 1990, where research efforts centered on Head Start, child welfare, adoption, and the integration of job training and social services. Larry Condelli earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, an M.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and German from the University of Southern California.
