Marijo Ahlgrimm

Marijo Ahlgrimm has served as AIR’s Chief Financial Officer since 2009. She has over 35 years of experience in financial management and leadership of professional services-types of government contracting organizations of all sizes and ownership structures ranging from small woman-owned to New York Stock Exchange-listed global enterprises to non-profit research-based institutions. She has led and been instrumental in merger and divestiture transactions of complete organizations as well as divisional carve-outs. During the portion of her career featuring employment with smaller corporate organizations, she also oversaw human capital and information technology functions and brings the accumulation of a strong breadth of knowledge for contributing to and leading AIR in the rapidly changing and dynamically competitive environment.

Ahlgrimm also oversees the investment operations of AIR’s quasi-endowment and supports four committees of AIR’s Board of Directors, including the Audit, Finance, Investment, and M&A committees.
