Megan Sambolt (Lebow)

Megan (Lebow) Sambolt has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Megan started their career in 2006 as a Middle School Teacher at Teach for America, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined the Senate HELP Committee as an Intern, where they stayed until 2009. Megan then joined the National Council on Teacher Quality as a Fellow from 2009 to 2010. Megan has been working at the American Institutes for Research since 2010, initially as a Researcher and later moving up to Senior Researcher and currently holding the position of Principal Researcher.

Megan (Lebow) Sambolt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Harvard University from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Childhood Education at Bank Street College of Education from 2006 to 2008. Megan later completed a Master's in Public Policy (MPP) with a focus on Education Policy at The George Washington University from 2008 to 2010. It is worth noting that Megan returned to Harvard University for their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, suggesting a keen interest in the subject.
