Susan Joy

Susan Joy currently serves as the Managing Director at the American Institutes for Research, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Susan Joy accumulated extensive experience at The Lewin Group, advancing through roles from Consultant to Managing Consultant/Director from June 2013 to October 2022. Previous positions include Research Associate at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Senior Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Otago.
