Troy Subjinski

Troy Subjinski began their career in 1997 as the Head Golf Professional at the City of Arlington. In this role, they managed a top-rated golf facility in all aspects of the operation, overseeing and managing a multi-million dollar budget while showing a surplus in a difficult economy. Troy also focused on customer service, customer retention, and growing the customer base. In 2008, Subjinski joined the American Insurance Organization as a Recruiter and Senior Healthcare Manager. In this role, they had a strategic sales role focusing on individual healthcare sales for individuals, families, and groups. Troy also recruited and managed other agents to become prosperous and able to reach their goals financially and personally.

Troy Subjinski earned a BS in Biology from Baylor University between 1990 and 1994.
