Keith Keelan

Keith Keelan is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and quality assurance. Currently retired since January 2020, Keith previously held various roles at American Integrity Insurance Company and Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, including QA Analyst/Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Key responsibilities included supervising teams, auditing independent adjusting firms, reviewing claim payments, and mentoring staff. In earlier positions at Poe Financial Group and Ohio Casualty Group, Keith focused on claims examination and customer service, ensuring timely communication and accurate claims processing.
