Nnamdi Dillon Iwu

Nnamdi Dillon Iwu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and advocacy within the investment sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Government Affairs at the American Investment Council since December 2020, Iwu has also been involved as Co-Chair of LAVA GOV since July 2020, focusing on the impact of public policy on investors. Previous roles include Acting Executive Director at Sea Change Leadership PAC and a significant tenure at the U.S. House of Representatives as a Senior Field Representative for Representative Karen Bass. Iwu's expertise is further complemented by participation in initiatives like the BLCK Venture Institute Fellowship and positions that enhance voter engagement and political education through organizations such as Politiscope and the Congressional Black Caucus Institute. Iwu holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Towson University, a Master’s degree in Public Administration & Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, and a Certificate from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
