Chrp Juliana D'Orso

Juliana D'Orso, CHRP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Shared Services at American Iron & Metal since March 2022. Previous roles include HR Manager for Corporate & Shared Services and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AIM. Juliana has also held the position of Human Resources Manager at AON3D, as well as Director and Manager roles at FlightHub, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources operations and performance development. Earlier career experience includes serving as Manager of Human Resources at Richter and Senior Advisor of Human Resources at Fuller Landau LLP in Montreal. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
