Lauren van Heertum

Lauren Van Heertum has extensive experience in business development, currently serving as a Business Development Executive at American Iron & Metal (AIM) since January 2011. Prior to this role, Lauren held a business development position at Fielding Chemical Technologies Inc. from September 2006 to January 2011, where responsibilities included managing $4 million in sales, expanding key accounts, and exceeding gross margin targets. Additionally, Lauren worked as a District Manager for Gardenland Garden Centres from April 2003 to September 2006, overseeing operations across four locations and managing a team of 30 employees. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
