Martin Collard

Martin Collard is an experienced professional in maintenance management with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as Manager of Maintenance at American Iron & Metal (AIM) since December 2017, Martin also held the role of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor at Sears Canada from August 2000 to June 2021, where responsibilities included project management, human resource management, budget oversight, and negotiation with contractors and suppliers. Prior to this, Martin gained expertise as a qualified radiographic inspector and team leader at Dessau Soprin and worked as an assistant inspector at Métaltec Inc. Martin's early career included experience as an HDPE extruder welder at Plastique Polyfab. Martin has professional training in industrial radiography and holds a vocational degree in automotive mechanics from Wilbrod Berher.
