Raful Salinas

Raful Salinas has extensive experience in the recycling industry, currently serving in a managerial role for the Non-Ferrous operations at American Iron & Metal since February 2006, overseeing a team of approximately 50 employees with a weekly production of 1,250,000 pounds. Responsibilities include managing the Non-Ferrous department, conducting machinery inspections, quality control of incoming and outgoing materials, and training staff. Prior to this, Raful held a leadership position in Quality Control at IDI Displays from January 2003 to January 2006, where management of a production line and oversight of a team of 12 employees were key responsibilities. Raful pursued continuing education in Business at Concordia University.
