Rich Duimstra

Rich Duimstra currently serves as IT Operations Manager at American Iron & Metal (AIM) since 2023. Previously, Rich held several positions at The Co-operators from 2007 to 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Manager IT Security Admin, where leadership included developing two Identity and Access Management teams in Regina and Guelph. Rich also demonstrated significant management skills as Supervisor of Technical Platform Support, leading a team of 20 2nd-level Technical Support Analysts, and as Supervisor of CSI Technical Support, establishing a team to monitor backend systems for insurance applications. Earlier career roles included Senior Business Systems Analyst and LAN PC Analyst. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of British Columbia.
