Richard Pan currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at American Iron & Metal (AIM) since October 2023. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Vice President & Head of Corporate Finance at Power Corporation of Canada from October 2008 to October 2023. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director for Global Natural Resources at Goldman Sachs from January 2006 to July 2008, and as an Associate in UK Advisory at Goldman Sachs from August 2000 to March 2003. Richard's educational background includes an M.Phil in International Relations from the University of Oxford (1998-2000) and a B.A. Hons. in Economics from Western University (1994-1998), along with attending University of Toronto Schools from 1987 to 1994.
