Earlier in the career, Steve was a Senior Supervisor at Magellan Aerospace Limited and an Area Leader at Wescast Industries Inc., contributing to operational efficiency and team leadership. Steve completed a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness at McMaster University in April 1993, and attended Brantford Collegiate Institute and Vocational School.
