Rachel Lubert is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at JDC (The Joint) since April 2014, after previously holding the position of Assistant General Counsel. Prior to this role, Rachel Lubert worked as a Litigation Associate at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP from September 2006 to March 2014. Rakoff at the United States District Court - SDNY, a Legal Intern at ALM Inc., and a Summer Associate at Lampiasi & Associates LP. Rachel Lubert began a career in communications with The Washington Capitals as a Communications Intern. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
