Beth Friedmann

Beth Friedmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Beth began their career at Columbia University Medical Center in 2001 as an Administrator, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, they joined IPRO as a Planning Coordinator/Evaluation Analyst and stayed there until 2008. Beth then moved on to Planned Parenthood Federation of America, starting as a Development Program Manager in 2008. Beth later became an Associate Director of Development Operations from 2009 to 2011, and finally served as the Director of Development Services and Collaborative Advancement from 2011 to 2018. Most recently, they joined American Jewish World Service (AJWS) in 2018 as the Director of Development Operations.

Beth Friedmann completed their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology at Hunter College from 1996 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Columbia University from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Beth Friedmann has obtained several certifications. In May 2014, they became a Licensed Zumba Instructor through Zumba. In May 2018, they obtained the Primary Group Exercise Instructor certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Lastly, in December 2020, they obtained the Adult, Child and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED Online Only certification from the American Red Cross.
