Senior Vice President, Development at American Junior Golf Association

Kevin Rinker has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Kevin served as the Senior Vice President of Development at the American Junior Golf Association from June 2017 to present. Prior to that, they were the VP of Sports & Corporate Partnerships at Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2005 to 2017. Kevin also held the position of VP of Operations and Events at the Arena Football League from 1997 to 2005 and Director of Operations at the Orlando Predators from 1995 to 1997. Their earlier experience includes working as a Regional Manager for the Legacy Tour at World Cup USA 94 from 1992 to 1994.

Kevin Rinker pursued their education with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from Alliance University, where they studied from 1982 to 1987. Following this, they enrolled in the United States Sports Academy in 1987 to pursue a Master of Sport Science degree. However, they completed only 6 credits of their program, leaving 6 remaining, before their education at the academy concluded in 1989.

American Junior Golf Association

The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. The AJGA conducts more than 100 tournaments annually for talented junior golfers who intend to play college golf. Through AJGA events, college coaches gain valuable recruiting information to help them find the players best suited for their teams. As these juniors receive college golf scholarships and move on to the next level, it is the fulfillment of the AJGA's mission.
