Timothy Shepherd is a seasoned customs compliance professional with extensive experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Currently serving as a Licensed Customs Broker at American Lamprecht Transport, INC. since July 2021, Timothy has held key positions including Vice President of Customs Brokerage Compliance at Worldwide Logistics Partners, Inc., and Global Trade and Customs Compliance Manager at Komatsu Mining Corp. Timothy's expertise encompasses managing customs operations across multiple continents, creating trade compliance manuals, and optimizing duty savings through Foreign Trade Zones. Previously, Timothy served as a Customs Broker at SEKO Logistics and held the role of Branch Manager and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Nissin Customs Service Inc. Timothy also has experience in paralegal services, having obtained certification as a paralegal.
