Government Affairs Team

The Government Affairs Team at the American Land Title Association (ALTA) advocates for the interests of the abstract and title insurance industry at the federal level. They engage with policymakers, provide legislative analysis, and develop strategies to influence public policy in favor of ALTA members. The team works to ensure that laws and regulations facilitate a healthy real estate market and protect home buyers and mortgage lenders.
