Nina Amster has a strong background in law, particularly in intellectual property, real estate, and antitrust. Nina has worked in various roles, including as a Copyright and Licensing Manager at The American Law Institute. Nina has also served as a Staff Attorney at the Fair Housing Rights Center and worked as an Associate at both Ballard Spahr LLP and Berger & Montague, PC. Nina holds a JD from Villanova University and dual degrees in Psychology and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

The American Law Institute is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and otherwise improve the law. The Institute--made up of approximately 3,000 lawyers, judges, and law professors of the highest qualifications--drafts, discusses, revises, and publishes Restatements of the Law, model statutes, and principles of law that are enormously influential in the courts and legislatures, as well as in legal scholarship and education.
