Kelsey Hartpence

Kelsey Hartpence has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Teacher at American Leadership Academy since July 2022. Previously, Kelsey held multiple roles at BASIS.ed from January 2016 to March 2020, including Head of School at BASIS Chandler Primary North, Director of Academic Programs, and Dean of Students. Prior experience includes positions with Teach For America from June 2012 to January 2016, where Kelsey was Manager of Teacher Leadership Development and a Secondary Social Studies Teacher. Additionally, Kelsey worked as a Teaching Assistant at Kansas State University from August 2010 to May 2011. Kelsey earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2013 and 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Studies, and Anthropology from Kansas State University from 2007 to 2011.
