Lars Dalseide

Lars Dalseide has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lars has worked at the American Legislative Exchange Council since 2023, serving as the Director of Policy Advancement and Media Relations. Prior to that, Lars had a long and successful career at the National Rifle Association, starting in 2008. In their various roles at the NRA, they played a key role in shaping public policy development and perception of the organization through the production of original content for publication and syndication. Lars also developed responses and messaging campaigns at state and national levels. Lars was also a board member at the Professional Outdoor Media Association from 2016 to 2019, focusing on outreach, social media, and member benefits. Before joining the NRA, they worked as a producer for the Cam & Company program on Sirius/XM Radio and as a consultant for AlphaGrip. In addition, Lars spent time at NewsTraders.com as the Product Development/Marketing Director, managing content syndication and overseeing website design and maintenance.

Lars Dalseide has a Master's degree in Social & Public Policy from Georgetown University. Lars also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from James Madison University. Lars attended Hayfield Secondary, where they pursued General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Lars has obtained several certifications, including Crisis Communication and Communicating with Charisma from LinkedIn, and a Columbia University edX Verified Certificate for Crisis Resource Management.
