Bryan Hamm, CSP has a solid work experience in the field of safety and compliance. Bryan served as the Director of Safety at the American Licorice Company from April 2019 to the present, where they were responsible for implementing and managing health and safety programs across multiple locations. Prior to that, they worked as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist at Weil-McLain from August 2016 to April 2019, where they maintained environmental compliance programs and managed health and safety programs while ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, they served as the Corporate Safety Director at Mr. Bult's, Inc. from July 2011 to August 2016, where they oversaw environmental, health, and safety programs for numerous locations and supervised a team of safety managers. Bryan Hamm has extensive experience in training, risk evaluation, compliance, and incident management.

Bryan Hamm, CSP has a diverse education and certification background. Bryan began their education at Kankakee Valley High School, where they obtained an Academic Honors Diploma in General Education from 2003 to 2007. Bryan then attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2007 to 2009, focusing on Telecommunications/Communications.

Following their time at Indiana University, Bryan transferred to Purdue University where they pursued a B.A in Communications from 2009 to 2011. This degree further enhances their expertise in the field.

In addition to their educational background, Bryan has obtained several certifications. Bryan became a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in February 2022. Prior to that, they received certifications such as Visible Emissions Evaluator from Carl Koontz in March 2017 and Visible Emissions Evaluation from Koontz And Associates in September 2016.

Bryan is also a member of the National Safety Council since February 2016 and a Smith System Trainer since October 2015. Bryan holds the Certified Supervisor of Safety designation from North American Transportation Management Institute, obtained in March 2014. Furthermore, they are a certified Forklift Operator and Trainer from Atlas Companies since November 2012. Additionally, they received the DOT 49 CFR Part 40.33 Urine Specimen Collector certification from DSI Medical Services, Inc. in February 2012.
