Hugo Kerhascoët currently serves as the Scientific Director at Madintec, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing company projects and designing hardware, software systems, and algorithms for the automatic control of flying boats. Prior to this, Hugo worked on embedded software development and performance analytics for American Magic during the 37th America's Cup from January 2022 to September 2024. Hugo's experience also includes serving as an R&D Engineer at nke Marine Electronics from March 2012 to February 2017, focusing on the development and optimization of autopilot algorithms. Hugo holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electronic and Software Sciences Engineering from the Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique (2011-2013) and a Ph.D. in Maths-STIC from the University of South Brittany (2014-2016).
