Director Of Partnerships at American Magic - Challenger, 37th America's Cup

Judith Aldabó has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Judith started their career in 2015 with an internship at Smith & Nephew's Commercial Excellence & Market Access Department. In 2016, they worked as an International Strategic Marketing Intern at 3D Digital Venue. In 2017, Judith had two roles, one as a Junior at FCB Escola in FC Barcelona and another as an Audit Junior at Deloitte España.

Following that, from 2019 to 2021, Judith worked at UP2YOU SPORTS MARKETING as a Partnership Activation - Key Account Manager. Here, they developed sponsorships with top-tier clients in the sports and entertainment industry. In 2021, they joined Hispano Suiza as the Sponsorship & Events Director | Partnerships & Collaborations. In this role, they were responsible for raising brand awareness and relevance by organizing international events and negotiating sponsorships. - In 2020, Judith attended UPF Barcelona School of Management again and completed a program in Sponsoring and Management of Sports Players.

- In 2021, Judith obtained a certificate in Luxury Marketing from Esade.

- In 2022, Judith enrolled at AULA MAGNA Business School to pursue a Program in Executive Development. Judith is expected to complete the program in 2023.

In addition to their education, Judith has also obtained the TOEFL iBT certification with a score of 110/120 in February 2016. Judith also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English, obtained in January 2014 from Cambridge University Press.
