Larry Bronson has extensive maritime engineering experience, spanning over three decades in various roles. Currently serving as Port Engineer at Stabbert Maritime since May 2012, Larry has also been associated with American Maritime Officers as an Engineer since January 2000. Previous positions include 1st Assistant Engineer at Crowley Maritime from February 2004 to April 2012, and Chief Engineer at both SEACOR Holdings (March 1998 - January 2000) and Clipper Cruise Lines (October 1995 - February 1998). Larry's career began at Sunmar Shipping, where roles included Chief Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Engineer from January 1989 to July 1995. Larry's earlier experience includes a brief stint in service at Alfa Tec in 2003. Larry's educational background includes studies at South Seattle College from 1984 to 1986.

AMO is the largest U.S. union of merchant marine officers.
