William Frazer Rice

William Frazer Rice is an experienced maritime professional with a background in engineering and recruitment. Since June 2012, William has served as a 2nd Engineer and previously as a 3rd Engineer with American Maritime Officers. In May 2018, William established William F Rice LLC, showcasing entrepreneurial skills. Prior to this, William worked as an Executive Recruiter at CyberCoders from August 2017 to May 2018 and as a Brand Ambassador at Lynne C & Company from December 2011 to May 2012. William's engineering background includes a role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Bechtel Corporation from June 2010 to November 2011. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and is currently engaged in officer training programs in Maritime Studies at the AMO Star Center.
