Melissa Colton

Melissa Colton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event coordination and corporate relations. Currently serving as the Corporate Relations and Events Officer at Meeting Street since September 2022, Melissa previously held significant roles at the American Mathematical Society, including Senior Meetings Specialist and Logistics/Conference Coordinator since September 2010. Melissa's earlier experience includes positions as Learning Through Interest Coordinator at The Met High School, Program Services Coordinator at Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Event Manager at Amica Mutual Pavilion, Rhode Island Convention Center. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Rhode Island College and also participated in a Study Abroad program at Richmond, The American International University in London focusing on Communications and Political Science.
