Chris Polimeni

Chris Polimeni is the current EVP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at American Media. Chris has previously held the position of Executive Vice President - CFO/COO at American Media and Accelerate360 Holding, LLC from April 2006 to October 2020. Prior to that, they were the President of Polimeni & Associates, Inc. from January 2003 to January 2007. Chris has also been with GE Supply Logistics, LLC (formerly Questron Technology, Inc.) as the Vice President - Finance and Corporate Controller from December 1994 to January 2003. Chris began their career in public accounting at Goldstein Lewin & Company as a Tax Manager from January 1993 to December 1994 and then at Leslie Sufrin & Co. as a Tax Senior from December 1989 to January 1991. Chris started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Tax Senior from January 1988 to December 1989.

Chris Polimeni's educational career began at Chaminade High School. Chris then went on to Hofstra University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and MIS.

Chris Polimeni works with Robert M. O’Neill - Senior Vice President, Operations, Dave Thompson - EVP, Chief Information Officer, and Eric S. Klee - Senior Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel. Chris Polimeni reports to David J. Pecker, CEO, President, and Chairman.
