David Wacnik

David Wacnik is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and strategic management. Currently serving as Vice President and Controller at the American Medical Association since August 2021, Wacnik oversees various financial functions including accounting, reporting, and payroll. Previous roles include Vice President and Corporate Controller at Fort Dearborn Company, Corporate Controller at Mizkan America, and significant positions at NTT DATA, CF Industries, Aon, Fort James Corporation, TRW, Edgewood Tool & Manufacturing, and PwC. Wacnik holds an MBA in Finance/International Business from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting from DePaul University, where academic excellence was recognized with graduation honors.
