Jordan Firfer

Jordan Firfer, JD, CHIE, serves as Vice President of Product for the American Medical Association, focusing on CPT and Guides since November 2023. Previously, Jordan held multiple leadership roles at Elevance Health, including Vice President of Digital Experience Product Management, Vice President of Anthem Business Solutions, and Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Engagement, where efforts were directed towards digital innovation and strategic solutions in healthcare. Jordan's extensive experience also includes board memberships and advisory roles at Roche Diagnostics Sweden and Payment Pathways, Inc., as well as senior positions at LaunchPoint, Availity, Florida Blue, Deloitte, and NDEDIC. Jordan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Communications/Technology from DePaul University, along with certification as a Certified Health Insurance Executive.
