Michael A. Tutty is currently the Group VP, Professional Satisfaction & Practice Sustainability at the American Medical Association. Prior to this, they were with Clark University as Adjunct Faculty from September 2010 to June 2015. Tutty has also served as the Director, Office of Health Policy and Technology at UMass Medical School from January 2003 to February 2013, where they retained adjunct assistant professor status. Tutty's professional journey started as a Senior Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group from January 1998 to December 2002 and then at Baystate Health from January 1996 to December 1998.

Michael A. Tutty has a PhD in Public Policy from UMass Boston, an MHA in Health Care Administration from Clark University, and a BA in Government from Western New England University. Michael also has certification from the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) as a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).
