Sarah Purvis

Sarah Purvis serves as the Director of Nursing at American HealthCare, LLC - Heritage Hall Healthcare and Rehabilitation Centers since June 2022. In this role, Sarah facilitates interdisciplinary care plan teams, provides consultation and education to staff, and addresses barriers to patient care. Additionally, Sarah oversees compliance with regulatory standards and manages staff recruitment and training. Previously, Sarah held positions as MDS Coordinator at American Medical Facilities Management and Heritage Hall Nursing Home, and as Managed Care Coordinator at Magellan Health. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Southwest Virginia Community College.
