Carlie Bush

Carlie Bush has extensive work experience in human resources, particularly in HR shared services. Carlie started their career at Deluxe Checks/Checks Unlimited in 1992 as a Team Leader and Recruiter. In 1999, they joined Cendant Corporation/CheapTickets/Travelport as a Human Resources Manager. Carlie then moved to American Medical Response in 2006, where they served as a Regional HR Director until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Envision Healthcare as the Director of Human Resources Shared Services. During this time, they successfully implemented and oversaw an HR Shared Service center supporting over 30,000 employees. In 2018, Carlie joined American Medical Response again, this time as the National HR Director. Their responsibilities included planning, implementing, and overseeing an HR Shared Service center, as well as selecting and implementing a Case Management/Knowledge Management system. In 2020, they joined Global Medical Response as a VP of HR Service Delivery.

Carlie Bush attended Regis University from 2007 to 2010.
