Crystal Dillinger has over 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. Crystal started their career as a Computer Technician at KSU Computing and Technical Support in 2003. Crystal then joined Cerner Corporation in 2005 as a FirstNet Sr. Solution Analyst. In 2007, Crystal joined Catholic Health Initiatives and held various roles, including Application Support Analyst, Application Solution Architect, and Infrastructure Service Manager. Crystal later became the Director of AHS, Platforms and OS, and then the Director of End User Services. In 2018, Crystal moved to American Medical Response as the Director of End User Computing. Currently, they are working at Global Medical Response as the Senior Director of End User Services & Field Technologies, and they recently assumed the role of VPIT Customer Experience.
Crystal Dillinger earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004.
