Phillip Mongeau has extensive experience in emergency management and public safety. Phillip currently serves as the Vice President of Emergency Management & Integrated Communications at Global Medical Response, where they lead various operations, including disaster missions and the National Integrated Communications Center. Prior to this, they worked as the National Director of Emergency Management at the same company. Additionally, Mongeau has held leadership positions at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the City of Mesquite, and the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Phillip began their career as a volunteer firefighter and EMT at the Midlothian Fire Department. Throughout their career, Mongeau has demonstrated their expertise in developing emergency management programs, coordinating regional initiatives, and implementing innovative strategies.
Phillip Mongeau obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Emergency Administration and Planning from the University of North Texas in the years 2000 to 2003. In 2023, they completed a program in Leadership called National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI) at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
