Tara Sprouse has extensive experience in IT and business analysis, currently serving as the National Manager of IT Customer Experience at Global Medical Response since April 2023, following a series of progressive roles within the company dating back to November 2013. Tara's accomplishments include establishing a Business Analysis Center of Excellence and leading a transition to a customer experience-focused team. Previous positions include Project Coordinator and Business Analyst at LearningMate, Business Analyst at American Traffic Solutions, and IT Manager at Ladies Auxiliary VFW, among others. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
