Flynn Ott is a dedicated research assistant currently engaged at the Medical University of Warsaw in the Department of Nuclear Medicine and has previously contributed to the Departments of Physiology and Medical Microbiology, enhancing lab skills and academic research capabilities. In addition, Flynn serves as President of the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) and coordinates cultural games while also acting as an ambassador for AMBOSS. Leadership extends to the role of Head of NanoMed within Team Nano Eindhoven, focused on developing innovative medical devices. Flynn's previous experience includes emergency room paramedic work, corona screening, and teaching anatomy to first-year medical students, alongside voice acting. Flynn holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of Warsaw and has earned degrees at other prestigious institutions.

American Medical Student Association
American Medical Student Association (AMSA) is a student-governed national organization. The main purpose of the organization was to provide medical students a chance to participate in organized medicine. The American Medical Student Association is the only medical student organization. The American Medical Student Association deals with medical student activism. AMSA is astudent-governed national organization committed to representing the concerns of physicians-in-training. AMSA members are medical students, premedical students, interns, residents, and practising physicians. AMSA continues its commitment to improving medical training and the nation's health. As believers in progress, not just in medical science but in growing our understanding of how environmental and social determinants, for instance, impact health, AMSA has continued to evolve and respond to the times.
