Lenard Phillips III, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Operations at the American Medical Student Association (AMSA) since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Supply Chain Operations Manager and Supply Chain Area Manager at Walmart Distribution Center from August 2020 to September 2022, and Operations Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from June 2014 to August 2020, where operational and financial analyses were conducted to enhance district performance and ensure client satisfaction. Lenard also worked as Operations Supervisor at Marriott International from July 2012 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Enterprise Resource Planning and an MS in Management Information Systems from Lamar University, a BS in Business Management with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Southern University and A&M College, and currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.

American Medical Student Association (AMSA) is a student-governed national organization. The main purpose of the organization was to provide medical students a chance to participate in organized medicine. The American Medical Student Association is the only medical student organization. The American Medical Student Association deals with medical student activism. AMSA is astudent-governed national organization committed to representing the concerns of physicians-in-training. AMSA members are medical students, premedical students, interns, residents, and practising physicians. AMSA continues its commitment to improving medical training and the nation's health. As believers in progress, not just in medical science but in growing our understanding of how environmental and social determinants, for instance, impact health, AMSA has continued to evolve and respond to the times.
