Diana Hardtke

Diana Hardtke has a strong background in finance, with experience in various roles and companies. Diana began their career at First Data Commercial Services in 2006 as a Finance Manager, primarily handling FP&A tasks such as consolidation of monthly results, planning and budgeting, and report creation. Diana also had experience with various financial systems and tools such as Global Essbase, Smartview, Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Outlook. In January 2016, Diana transitioned to a role as Finance Manager for Mexico and Caribbean, where they focused more on financial modeling for these specific business units. After their time at First Data, Diana joined Stryker as an Associate Finance Manager in 2016, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they hold the positions of VP of Finance and Corporate Financial Controller at American Meetings, Inc. (AMI), starting in December 2018 and March 2021 respectively.

Diana Hardtke obtained a Masters degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the same university, earning a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from 2002 to 2006. Before attending Florida Atlantic University, Diana was studying Drawing & Painting at Purchase College, SUNY from 1999 to 2002, where they were pursuing a BFA degree. Diana also holds additional certifications, including "Becoming Indistractable" and "Proven Tips for Managing Your Time," which they obtained from LinkedIn in January 2020.
