Sean Potter

Sean Potter is an Author of "Too Near for Dreams: The Story of Cleveland Abbe, America’s First Weather Forecaster" at the American Meteorological Society. Sean is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) and Contributing Editor at Weatherwise Magazine. Sean previously worked as a Media Relations Specialist at NASA, Communications Specialist at NOAA/National Weather Service, and Weather Producer at ABC News. Sean also served as President of the Association of Certified Meteorologists and as an Instructor at the Graduate School USA. With a background in geography and meteorology, Sean has a wealth of experience in weather forecasting, communications, and education.
